Bulk Pickup Rules and Regulations

Please have your bulk out on Friday prior to 7:00 a.m.

WHAT IS NOT ACCEPTED:

  • Do not place under trees or power lines where mechanical truck removal would be restricted.
  • Materials must be generated by the resident at the residential unit where the bulk is collected.
  • Should not exceed 6 cubic yards, which is approximately equivalent to the size of 5 kitchen stoves or refrigerators.
  • Do not leave loose palm fronds for pickup. Palm fronds must be broken down and bundled.
  • No Large Piles of yard waste, tree trimming, palm fronds, tree branches and bushes will be collected. Large piles of yard waste will be billed to the resident directly for pickup.

WHAT IS ACCEPTED:

  • Household goods such as couches, chairs, mattresses, tables, small appliances, vegetation, carpet, and padding, etc. Not refrigerators containing freon, Not TV, this is Hazardous waste.
  • For safety reasons, residents are required to box with tape or wrap with an old blanket any mirrors, glass panels or windowpanes before disposing of them curbside. Doors must be removed from refrigerators and freezers.
  • Small (Not Large) Yard waste includes tree trimming, tied and bundled palm fronds, tree branches and bush.
  • Hazardous waste will not be accepted.
  • Palm fronds must be broken down and bundled.
